Sanjay’s career has taken him on an exciting journey encompassing airports in the Middle East, Europe, and North America working for an airline, a ground handler, an aircraft services provider and now with a team of professional consultants that have embarked on a journey to help their aviation clients prosper.
Having worked on both sides of the fence, Sanjay brings with him a diverse and global experience, leading various teams in both operations and sales divisions of the organization. One of his strengths is the passion for building a team, a team that can consistently march forward overcoming challenges while continuing to focus on revenue generation.
A firm believer of two important mantras; one is that people make the company and forward thinkers make an organization. The second is that an organization that can decipher and deliver the needs of its end customers will continue to grow its revenue base.
