Wayne Anaka

Wayne was the principal Founding Partner and President/CEO of NavStar Aviation Group, an aviation ground handling company based in airports in Canada and Florida.
Prior to founding NavStar, Wayne spent 39 years in various management positions for Servisair Canada and Wardair Canada. Focusing on ground handling, winter operations, environmental storm water management, aircraft deicing, airline operations and customer service and training program and procedural development and operations support oversight. Wayne was accountable for annual budgets exceeding $50,000,000 and oversight of over 2000 people in multiple North American airports. Mr. Anaka currently is a contributing member of numerous Transportation Associations.
Wayne is actively involved in fundraising for the Heart and Stroke Foundation and contributes to the Arts (Jazz FM91 and the Arts) and actively supports various civil liberties and environmental causes.

Our training and implementation system, using Revenue Science™/ CRO thinking, will positively transform your operating culture, improving safety and environmental stewardship removing the chaos causing operational and financial waste. Our Process includes four phases 1 Discovery 2 Plan 3 Implement and 4 Evolve. We start by reviewing current practices and finding points of pain. A Joint Statement of Work, including operational and financial return expectations, is developed with you. This is followed by the implementation training phase involving all stakeholders fully integrating your SOP with your vision and mission. We will then monitor the operation weekly, for a year, to ensure the practices taught becomes habit and to make any necessary adjustments. | |
